All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Orders over $100 qualify for FREE standard shipping.
4. Delivery Areas
We ship to all 50 states and selected international destinations. International shipping rates and times vary by location.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
6. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed by the carrier or damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately and then notify us at xavierbetters@outlook.com.
7. Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and either send a replacement or issue a refund.
8. Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. We cannot change addresses after an order has been placed. If you need to change your address, please contact us immediately.
